You've got a lot of transitions at your fingertips, and it can be tempting to throw everything at the wall. But if your transitions are starting to feel more like the star of the show than your video itself, it never hurts to simplify.

Combining transitions from Slide and Classic feels deliberate. Mixing Film leaks with Crash zoom may feel like two different directors fighting for attention.

Here's a good rule of thumb: if you can't articulate why you're mixing up transition styles, you probably shouldn't.
